Providing survivors of human trafficking with meaningful employment opportunities with livable wages can provide survivors with financial stability, a sense of purpose and dignity, and opportunities to build new skills and connections.
The rePURPOSE Project
One Purse focuses on empowering survivors to build healthy and sustainable lives. This is the core mission of One Purse, a local Central Florida organization that takes in donations of gently loved purses and handbags, resells them in person and online, and uses the proceeds to fund programs to help survivors with education and employment needs. With the expansion experience from Phase One funding, this project will support another new employee hire and support funding for scholarship needs for survivors.
