One More Child
Our mission is to provide Christ-centered services to vulnerable children and struggling families. Our vision is to bring hope to hurting children, to show that the love of Jesus changes lives and to impact the life of one more child. From the opening of our first orphanage in 1904 to our present-day ministries that have expanded around the globe, we are honored to be helping children in tangible ways.
Emergency Drop-In Center
One More Child is currently working on a project to provide an Emergency Drop-In Center to allow greater access to survivors or potential survivors to support and services in conjunction with mobile teams currently working with trafficking survivors. The mobile teams consist of a Clinician, Case Manager, and Peer Advocate. As a part of this project, there is a need for a Vocational Specialist and a Career Coach to support the mobile teams working with survivors specifically to prepare them to have employment opportunities. This project will facilitate the hiring of a dedicated Vocational Specialist supporting 8 Clinicians with average case loads of 25 with 25% – 40% requesting vocational support will impact 50-80 survivors annually.
